We are the US representative of Believedigital,
Europe's largest and leading digital distributor. Our system currently handles
the distribution of 500.000 tracks from more than 3.000 different labels in
Europe and the United Kingdom and has been designed to scale rapidly. We are
currently integrating an average of 30.000 new tracks each month. We currently

Worldwide Distribution
We have one of the coolest systems which allows you very easy entry and upload
of your albums. Within 48 hours our system will deliver your product to all
stores which carry your genre. It will take a little longer though until all
stores put your release live, so depending on your product, season and PR efforts
you should upload the release 3 - 8 weeks before the release date. Your release

Dedicated A&R
this is not just a website where you upload your songs and are left on your
own. You get your own dedicated professional A&R, whom you can call, e-mail,
Skype or AIM with and brainstorm all your distribution and marketing questions.

Another cool feature is that you can use the system as your release scrap book. Just input any release that you start working on and keep adding elements whenever you receive them. Just got the cover for the compilation? Upload it. Got the remix for the EP? Upload it? Got the contract with the correct writer/composer credits, input them. Then whenever all puzzle pieces of a releases are finished, click on validate.
The Believe Player:
You can customize the Believe player for every release individually
and the system automatically creates code for MySpace, Facebook or a regular
website. The player automatically recognizes from which country it is being
seen and displays the most important stores in that country first. You can also
set which player should autoplay which song, if any.

Frequently asked questions:
Which material should I send to be considered to join Believedigital?
We will need your name, address, phone number, label name, label philosophy,
list of artists appearing on your label, release frequency and a link where
we can listen to your music, for example MySpace.
How shall we prepare our materials?
You will need the songs as 16 bit WAVs in 44.1 khz (regular CD quality) and the covers in 1440 * 1440 pixels RGB jpgs.
Can you get our label to Beatport?
Beatport no longer accepts every label we submit blindly. We do have to send
a label application and wait for their decission. But we will help you with
that application and make sure you apply when the time is right. For example
for brand new labels it is best to first release a handful of releases in all
other stores so we can then document that you have steady releases and hopefully
impress them with some chart screenshots or sales figures - update
- the situation has improved, as we are only selecting high quality labels,
Beatport should now take most of them, but there is a long wait (1 - 3 months).
Can Beatport kick us out after we got accepted?
Yes. Beatport tends to kick out inactive labels. If you take a break from releasing
or your revenue drops, chances are Beatport might want to wave bye bye. We will
alert you, when we think this might happen soon and brainstorm with you how
to get your release quantity and quality up.
Will all our songs appear at Traxsource?
Traxsource only accepts a limited amount of releases each week, mainly soulful,
vocal house. If your song matches that genre, we will deliver it to them and
chances are very good that they will accept it. But they will not necessarly
take your whole catalog.
