Worldwide Distribution
The Believe backstage area is a user friendly interface which allows you to
quickly and easily upload your releases. Within 48 hours our system will deliver
your product to all stores which sell your genre. It will take a little longer
however until all stores put your release live; Depending on your product, season
and PR efforts you should upload the release 3 - 8 weeks before the release
date. Your release will appear on iTunes,
Amazon, Fnac,
Musicload, Deezer,
Shazam and depending on your genre in dance

Dedicated A&R
Believe is not just a website where you upload your songs and are left on your own. You will get your own dedicated A&R Professional, whom you can call, e-mail, Skype or AIM with to discuss all your distribution and marketing questions.

Our system can be used as your release scrap book where all the different elements of your product can be uploaded separately. Just input any release that you start working on and keep adding elements whenever you receive them. Just got the cover for the compilation? Upload it. Got the remix for the EP? Upload it? Got the contract with the correct writer/composer credits? Input them. Then, once all the pieces of the puzzle are in place, click on validate.
The Believe Player:
Your believe player can be customized for each release individually and then our system automatically creates code for MySpace, Facebook regular websites. The player automatically recognizes from which country it is being seen and displays the most important stores in that country first. You can also set which player should autoplay or even which song should play first.
You will receive detailed stats about how each of your players performs. This will enable you to concentrate your efforts on your most profitable areas or highlight areas which need some more effort in order to drive plays and sales.

Your releases will now also be delivered to YouTube, YouTube analyzes your audio, and you will get paid for every stream of every YouTube clip which uses your music. This obviously includes your own music videos. YouTube will also set links to iTunes, Emusic and Amazon so people can buy your song right away, with just a quick click to the store.

Yes of course, we are partners with Spotify since many years. All your releases will automatically be send there.
Frequently asked questions:
I’d like to join Believe Digital, which material should I send?
We will need your name, address, phone number, label name, label philosophy, list of artists appearing on your label, release frequency and a link where we can listen to your music, for example on Soundcloud.
How shall we prepare our materials?
You will need the songs as 16 bit WAVs in 44.1 khz (regular CD quality) and the covers in 1440 * 1440 pixels RGB jpgs.
Can you get our label to Beatport?
If you have impressed us and we decided to take you on for distribution, Beatport usually follows our example.
Will all our songs appear at Traxsource?
Traxsource only accepts a limited amount of releases each week, mainly soulful,
vocal house. If your song matches that genre, we will deliver it to them and
chances are very good that they will accept it. But they will not necessarly
take your whole catalog. Update, as of January 1st, 2011 Traxsource now also requires an application and will only take selected labels. If you are producing the right genre, we will obviously try out best to get your label there.
What can I do if my label is not accepted by Believe?
Believe invests a lot of time and resources into every label we take on. If it seems very unlikely that we can recoup our investment with the sales commission we are charging in most cases we cannot accept the label. Luckily we are offering another option. Pay as you go. You pay for the resources it takes to distribute your release, $20 per single, or $30 per album plus an annual fee of $10 per single or $20 per album (you will not get charged if your release does not generate this much). You get access to the same system as with Believe. This service cannot get your label on Beatport though.
